SANER 2020 will be hosted in one of the best conference venues in Western University. Somerville House is in the center of the campus and very close to the receptions' locations.

The conference shuttle bus will be stopping outside the conference venue, but for those of you using the local bus service, the stop is really close to Somerville House. As you can see in the provided campus map, Alumni Hall, which is the main bus stop on campus, is less than 3 minutes away. To further facilitate reaching the conference, signs will be posted.

The 27th edition of the IEEE Internation Conference on Software Analysis, Evolution and Reengineering will be held at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.

The University of Western Ontario (UWO), corporately branded as Western University as of 2012 and commonly shortened to Western, is a public research university in London, Ontario, Canada. The main campus is on 455 hectares (1,120 acres) of land, surrounded by residential neighbourhoods and the Thames River bisecting the campus's eastern portion. The university operates twelve academic faculties and schools. It is a member of the U15, a group of research-intensive universities in Canada.

Western is a co-educational university, with more than 24,000 students, and with over 306,000 living alumni worldwide. Notable alumni include government officials, academics, business leaders, Nobel Laureates, Rhodes Scholars, and distinguished fellows. London is a city in southwestern Ontario, Canada along the Quebec City–Windsor Corridor. The city had a population of 383,822 and is at the confluence of the Thames River, approximately 200 km (120 mi) from both Toronto and Detroit; and about 230 km (140 mi) from Buffalo, New York.

London is a regional centre of healthcare and education, being home to the University of Western Ontario (which brands itself "Western University"), Fanshawe College, and several hospitals (including a University Hospital). It hosts a lot of musical and artistic exhibits and festivals, in order to honour its rich musical history.

Furthermore, London has a number of parks. Victoria Park in downtown London is a major centre of community events, attracting an estimated 1 million visitors per year. Other major parks include Harris Park, Gibbons Park, Fanshawe Conservation Area (Fanshawe Pioneer Village), Springbank Park, and Westminster Ponds. The city also maintains a number of gardens and conservatories.
